Agreement
By using StreetDevs services or website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Services
StreetDevs provides web development, mobile application development, AI solutions, and related digital services. Scope, timeline, and pricing are defined in a written proposal or agreement before work begins.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, you receive ownership of the deliverables as defined in your project agreement — including source code, design assets, and documentation. StreetDevs retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payment Terms
Payment terms are milestone-based as agreed in your proposal. Typically 50% at project start and 50% upon delivery. We accept UPI and bank transfer and provide GST invoices where applicable.
Limitation of Liability
StreetDevs liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific project. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our deliverables.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.
