Refund Policy

Overview

StreetDevs operates on milestone-based payments. This policy explains how refunds and cancellations are handled.

Before Work Begins

If you cancel before any work has started, your advance payment may be refunded in full minus any third-party costs already incurred (e.g., domain purchases, stock assets).

Work in Progress

Once development has begun, payments for completed milestones are non-refundable. Any unused advance for incomplete milestones may be partially refundable at our discretion, based on work completed.

Project Completion

Upon project delivery and your acceptance, the final milestone payment is due. Refunds are not applicable after final delivery unless there is a material breach of the agreed scope.

Disputes

If you are unsatisfied with deliverables, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work in good faith to resolve issues through revisions as defined in your agreement.
